This was above my expectations. It has really go explanation to all the words you need to look up.I could read it and know a lot more about the Bible. It 's really easy to read and understand what it's explaining. Glad I bought the book and also downloaded so if I need to look up something when I'm not home I can.
Bought this for my 93-year-old grandfather who has extremely poor eyesight. He was wanting to be able to study the Bible like he used to (with a concordance and dictionary), and he was very excited to receive this! This is mainly a dictionary, but underneath the definition/explanation/article for each word is a concordance listing with where it's found in Scripture. Good and effective. This book is well bound and should last very well.
It is in GIANT print, but I was somewhat let down with the lack of wordage on the inside. I like to read my Bible and the words I do not know or understand, I look them up. This book has not helped me with this. There are many words left out and no real information on the words.Very disappointed in the context of this book.
I read all the reviews on all the concordence books. Really wasn't sure which one to buy. I rolled the dice and hit the jackpot with this one. Right out of the package, I love it. Easy to use. I probably didn't need the print this large but it's fine. I thought it would probably be something else I would never use, but not the case! I love it & highly recommend it for you.
This is a really good dictionary but it rather lacks in reference to a concordance. I love the large print, it makes it easier to read and I am very pleased with my purchase, but I needed another large print concordance as this one was more of a dictionary. As a bible dictionary it's great.
Not much of a concordance. Not exhaustive, and doesn’t have the verse text (just the number). Nothing like what i was expecting.
Purchased for a friend who needed the larger print. She is very pleased that she can read the type. The dictionary and concordance format is sufficient for her needs when reading the bible.
